Neighbourly Music Publishing exists to support writers, artists, and producers in building sustainable careers from the ground up. Based in Manchester, we provide dedicated local support while connecting talent to an international network for sync, pitching, and rights opportunities through our partnership with peer music. Our mission is to nurture creativity at every stage, from first demos to global releases, opening doors close to home while expanding opportunities worldwide.
A Recording Studio in Cheshire Built for Artists
Location
We’re situated on the edge of the Peak District, in the Cheshire countryside, with rolling hills and fields just a couple of minutes walk from our door. Perfect if you want to focus without distraction or want to find some quiet inspiration during your session.
Despite the rural location, theres plenty of cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Theres also loads of places to stay with a range of budgets.
Transport
We’ve got great transport links from Manchester and London. You can be here in just 30 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly and 1hr 30 minutes from London Euston on the train.

Facilities
Neighbourly recording studio has been purpose built for both creativity and sound quality, with a spacious live room fully tied in to four control rooms, full of top spec gear. It’s a professional space that still feels relaxed and welcoming.
Just as important as the equipment is the team. Neighbourly’s highly experienced engineers and producers are here to get the very best out of every session, and create an environment where artists feel at home.
